Magnetization in Tm-Fe multilayers
Baczewski L.T., Piecuch M., Durand J., Marchal G., Delcroix P.
Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials 83 (1990) 67

Magnetic properties of Tm-Fe multilayered samples were studied by means of VSM and SQUID measurements and Mössbauer spectroscopy. In-plane anisotropy was found at 4.2 K and it was preserved up to room temperature. Antiferromagnetic coupling was determined between 3d and 4f moments; no spin reorientation occured up to 300 K. Thulium magnetic moment was calculated at H = 5 T and T = 4.2 K.
