The influence on the surface critical behavior of a Ising quantum chain of quenched random surface perturbation was discussed. The multiscaling behavior of the surface magnetization and the surface energy density was also studied analytically and numerically. The results showed an excellent agreement between numerical and conjuctured analytical results for the surface magnetization and the surface energy density, except in the vicinity of first-order surface transitions.
