The magnetization curves of copper-cobalt multilayers with thin copper layers show nonlinear slopes and remanence. We present here a phenomenological description of the antiferromagnetic coupling with a biquadratic term. These results are also compared with a more realistic model that takes into account the influence of cobalt pinholes through the copper layers. |
