The interaction of fields and non-relativistic open strings in a geometric formulation is studied, this representation generalize the usual path representation of Gambini and Trias. We proposed a Kalb-Ramond external field coupling with the antisymmetric current of the open string that preserves the gauge invariance of the action. We studied the geometrical quantization of this action using extended objects. A realization for the algebra and the first class constrains is obtained. Under this scheme we can solve the constrains in a "curious" approach in terms of this extended objects.
